PROJECT SCOPE
STN will conduct a traffic safety education campaign to educate, engage, and empower youth, families, school admin and staff in the local community.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
STN will partner with local libraries, museums, cities, & a few SBCUSD campuses to provide safety workshops, demos, obstacle courses & live murals.
YOUTH-LED INITIATIVES
Live murals are youth-led and will take place at three sites. The STN team will create dialogue amongst attendees that focus on ways to improve pick-up/drop-offs at local schools & how to decrease risk of injury while distracted.
TIMELINE

We are #strongertogethernow in the streets
when we look out for one another!
Parents! We need your feedback!
Due to high volume of traffic at school campuses, our team needs your feedback to help improve traffic flow, circulation, and safety at drop-off/pick-ups for all students. Feedback will be shared with local school districts.
Paint LIVE murals at these three events!
Each STN in the Streets LIVE mural event will showcase one canvas (youth-designed).
All three canvases will be displayed as a collective mural at the end of the campaign.
Local artists will be on site to help direct/inspire kids to paint. Each event will have its own vibe and unique connection with community. Professional skater, Ryan Carrell, will also be onsite providing safety demos.
